Change management does not have to be complex and expensive.
The end result of process prototyping isn't to finish, it is to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the solution, discover new directions and improve the technology, business or operational process.
Process change is difficult and people get drowned in information. When groups attempt to develop new approaches or solve problems they
generate volumes of data, which can cause "analysis paralysis." People get overwhelmed, decisions get stalled, and the initiative gets "stuck".
To overcome information overload and build momentum for change, the AID approach is used to visually define the current state, envision the desired future and develop a process to drive the identified improvements.
